Booking and payment
Guests select accommodation, dates, occupancy and available extras. The booking is confirmed once the required payment is completed and electronic confirmation is received.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are request-only, subject to availability and cleaning operations.
Deposit and damage
A €500 security deposit may apply. Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused by improper use. Loss of garage remotes or access wristbands may result in the charge stated in the stay information.
House rules
No parties or unauthorised events. Smoking indoors is prohibited. Community, safety and Alcazaba Lagoon rules must be respected.
Occupancy
The stated maximum capacity may not be exceeded. Guest information must be provided where required by accommodation-registration law.
Extras
Extras offered in the booking engine are subject to the conditions shown during purchase. Availability-dependent services such as early check-in and late check-out are request-only.
Languages
Booking may be offered in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Dutch. If translations differ, the Spanish version acts as reference without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
